I would love to hear some of your analysis here. What do you think about the numbers, what is the tenor of the community? The numbers by themselves do not help buyers and sellers I think.
Larry, perhaps a bit analytical, but in the wrapup we refer to year over year sales.
Obviously sales were up in 2010 over 2009 (more than triple). Prices on the low end slipped a bit, but on the high end they increased. Homes in this neighbhood were only on the market an average of 23 days in this neighborhood. I'd say the demand here is very strong!
Vickie - It seems like homes are starting to move in Mohr Park, I know that the market has improved significantly here in Nashville.

Interesting thing, I was just "chastised" again for having too many market reports on my blog. Hmm....I'm glad that I have found others who are just as dedicated to supplying comprehensive information to buyers and sellers in their markets as I am to doing the same in mine...
